  I never leave bad reviews. But I have consistently had such awful experiences here. They have great weekly deals on soup, sushi, and pizza which is great for lunch on the go and the location is so convenient but their customer service is embarrassing. The employees act like they don’t want to help you. Specifically the counter with the pizza and premade food like chicken salads or pastas. There is a guy who I believe is the head chef who walks around but never talks to you or asks to help. He will just awkwardly avoid you. I’ve also seen him multiple times eating the sample food for customers right out on the open floor...while another employee was making something for me. It just looks so unprofessional and not to mention unsanitary. I also see many other employees chewing while preparing things behind the counter. I’ve also had other employees blatantly tell they hate working there and they think the food is gross from the kitchen...why would you tell a customer that?? Because I come in here often? The list really does go on. I feel like every time I come in here something happens that puts me off.

  I eat lunch here just about every weekday. The hot bar is fantastic. All of their groceries are healthy products. There are many organic choices. The list of banned ingredients is displayed at the entrance. It's easy to spend to much but it's worth it to get good quality groceries and delicious prepared food from the salad and hot bars. Also the employees are super nice people!
